Every month my mortgage company sends me a nice letter asking for money and there is nothing I enjoy more than sending them that check. They are so nice they often will automatically take it out of my checking account so I don’t have to spend the extra 41 cents.
They also gave me a great interest rate..and again they send me a letter every month – my children and best friends don’t even do that.
You are members of an exclusive club – you are the people who continue making monthly payments to the bank, sacrificing the best years of your life and the money you earned by paying the bank month after month after month after month….
What about the other exclusive club? The ones who don’t pay the bank but the bank pays them so they can enjoy the best years of their life and the money they earned month after month after month after month….
Now I don’t know about you, I love mail, and a friend that sends me mail every month asking for money is a friend I would trade for a friend that would send me mail every month with some cash in it for me.
But that old friend is a hard one to give up – I mean doesn’t loyalty mean anything anymore? That old friend has been so faithful for so many years – I wouldn’t think of just throwing him away and would he ask for money if he didn’t need it? If he could continue giving me money wouldn’t he tell me about it???
Well here’s the secret…your old friend (the Mortgage Company) hasn’t told you that you could be getting money every month instead of giving money away every month because you continue to pay. Your old friend likes the current arrangement – its perfect! He sends a letter and then he gets one back with your money in it plus a little interest.
How do I get on that program? I have shown many people how to get on that program and they continue to thank me..then there are those that hang on tightly to that old friend all through retirement to end up with what? A great friend that didn’t allow you to enjoy your retirement with the money you worked so hard for. He denied you of the memories you could have created if you had had a little extra money to do the things you were putting off until retirement.
If you want to stay in your “pay the bank every month club” I guess that’s your choice, but if you want to join the “bank pays me every month club” give me a call. I’ll show you how to enjoy your retirement and teach you the truth about the program.
Sound too good to be true? Sure it does – but its true. Wouldn’t you at least take a free look?
